Join for us on the third Sunday of every month for our Max Match Play tournament!
Practice play begins at 6:00pm, with the tournament starting at 7:00pm sharp.
Players will compete in 15-16 head-to-head matches on randomly assigned games, followed by a 3-game playoff between the top 4 competitors. This will be an IFPA-sanctioned event, and prize money will be awarded based on attendance. 1st place: 50%, 2nd place: 25%, 3rd place: 15%, 4th place: 10%.
No extra balls are allowed to be played. Any ties for playoff qualification, or in the playoff itself, will be resolved with a 1-ball tiebreaker round on a machine of the tournament director’s choice (or if the TD is amongst the tied individuals, a neutral party will be asked to choose the game).
Cost for tournament entry is $20 + $5 museum admission (waived for Roanoke Pinball Museum members) in lieu of coin drop. $1 from each participant will go to IFPA sanctioning, and the remaining funds go to the prize pot. Entry fee must be paid in cash on the night of the tournament. Pre-registration can be done by submitting your entry fee to roanokepinballleague@gmail.com via Paypal (Friends & Family). Please include the participant’s name and date of tournament.
UPDATE: Signups for Spring League are now CLOSED! If you did not sign up in advance, and would like to participate, let us know and you will be put on the waiting list in case of an opening.
Our Spring League will begin on Monday, February 12, 2024, and will be held every other week at the Roanoke Pinball Museum located in the Center in the Square building in downtown Roanoke.
Participants are allowed entry at 6:00pm for one hour of practice time, with league starting at 7:00pm.
We are limited to 32 participants, so be sure to sign up in advance to secure your spot.
