The Belles of Steel Hallowqueen Bash had just 6 ladies come out to compete, but there were some great costumes and even more fun! Emily Scott proved herself the Belle of the Ball by getting double crowned Hallowqueen for Best Costume (Buck Rogers villianness) and winning First Place! Cyndee came in 2nd, Sarah 3rd and Kathy Nesson 4th. Honorable mention to Elizabeth Jessee who showed up as Buffy the Vampire Slayer to cheer them on.
